New Feature Announcement: Customers Can Return to Their WebBuy Deal Anytime

We are excited to announce that we are enabling a new feature that will improve the buying experience by automatically emailing customers a link that will take them right back to their deal where they left off.

Users completing a lead form can indicate a preference for email contact. When choosing this option and upon closing the application, they will now automatically receive an email with a unique link that conveniently brings them back to the WebBuy application on YOUR website – right where they left off. In the event your customers have questions, the “reply to” address will be populated with your “Sales Contact Email” saved in your WebBuy account settings.

This feature is currently being enabled for all our dealers. If you wish to opt your dealership out of the program for any reason, contact support at support@webbuy.com to disable direct customer communications.

The anticipated increase in returning users means extra opportunities for consumers to complete their own deals. This feature is part of an initiative by WebBuy to enable better communication between dealers and customers. The larger initiative will also include automated text messages and text/voice/video chat tools within the WebBuy application. Stay tuned!
